1.     Purchase this mail in repair service
2.     Pack your device and ship it to us, please include a order print out which including your paypal email and the nature of the repair service
3.     Pre-repair:  Before our CyberTech start repair, we diagnose your device once received to reproduce any problem if applicable

• Note if this device has any other issue not as stated to be covered in this service you have purchased we will contact you before the repair and this may delay the total repair processing time.

4.     We will perform the SMD Soldering and make any necessary repair and replacement
5.     Post- Repair:  Once the repair is finished, your device will be tested for functionality if applicable
6.     Finally your Device will be ship back with USPS based on the shipping method you specified upon checkout.  A tracking number will be uploaded on to your paypal if your address is within USA territory.
