***** How to mail in your iPhone or iPad for repair:
After purchasing the Mail-in Repair Service please mail your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to the following address:

We strongly encourage you to get delivery tracking and confirmation.
Please include inside the package a printed paper (or in neat print handwriting) with the following details:

Order Number of the type of repair,
Your Last Name
Paypal email (!!!)
Contact phone number and email
This is to ensure proper identification of your device once it arrives.

We prefer you mail in with the LCD screen especially for iPhone repair, for ipad its okay to mail in just the logicboard, unless specified in the listing. Do not have password lock if possible for testing. If you are not comfortable doing the disassemble yourself, you can mail in with the back-frame also.
*****Warranty for (Mail in Repair)
You are eligible to free checkup/repair for only the original service paid, return shipping may not be covered depends on the situation.
All other issue detected during our diagnosis that’s not part/outside of the original repair, will not be covered by this warranty.
Any prior or after third party soldering repair done to your board void our warranty.

All repairs are non refundable once we receive your broken devices and finished the repair then shipping it back to you. Once we are committed to part cost and repair labor cost.

For mail in repair service you are paying only the labor of soldering and parts used. This is not a guarantee repair of your entire device. ie. It would be unreasonable to send in us a “not charging, or not boot board” and expect us to fix it for you under 40$ as part of the backlight repair when the board have multiple issues other than the backlight track. You will not be eligible to our repair warranty for any issue outside of the condition stated. it is your responsibility to properly diagnose your device to determine which repair service is necessary for your board.
You can cancel the repair order for full refund at any time before we receive the device for repair.
Our technician signs a mark on every repair a different return board without a mark from us will be denied of service.
