Please provide Order Number (required for Order inquire) Please Provide   Your Tracking Number (required for repair status) A: USA Address: Please check if you have purchased the shipping method with tracking first. If you have, then when the item is shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you from Stamps.com with your tracking information. A: International Address (not USA): Tracking will not be available for International Orders.   Q: Can I change my order? A: Yes you can, but you have to do it before your order is shipped out (Usually within 24 hours).   Q: What is the Mail- in repair time frame? A:    After we receive your iPhone or iPad,  we will do the repair within 1 day ~ 1 week time. We usually process all repairs during the weekends. After your device is fixed, We usually ship it out the next 1-2 day.   There maybe some delay beyond our control,  ie. if the device is not yet delivered to us, if there is signature requirement upon delivery (due to insurance), and if you mailed us a sealed device instead of only logic board.   If we encounter any issue of the board before or during the repair we will contact you about the status with possible delay time frame. Q: What is the status of my Mail in repair? A: You can monitor your package to see when it arrives at in our mail by using your tracking number if you purchased one (we highly recommend/ require this). Once your package arrives in our mail you can monitor the status of the repair at the Repair Status page. Please do not inquire for repair status, or if we received your device yet.  This only slow down our work.   We usually complete the repair the same day we process  your device from the inbound package box so its not productive to report to you on status when we can just fix it and email you with return tracking info instead.  We work as fast as we can, and our techs do not get paid until your device is fixed and shipped back.   Q:  What is RMA and how to do returns? We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at CyberDoc LLC. When you need to return a product to us, please follow the easy steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently. All returns must be in its original packaging, unused condition and resellable to be accepted for return.  Any damage due to shipping, needs to be documented with picture or video and the item needs to be returned unopened / unused to be consider for RMA.   ***Due to the nature of the soldering involved and the variable experience of iPhone repair technicians involved, we do NOT offer any warranty on used or open electronic components.  ***    Options Most products can ONLY be returned for Replacement of the same item.    Any other approved refund if will be in “”””store credits “”””   The RMA Process – Four Easy Steps How to create an RMA for your item: 1.  Your must contact us first via email before your return is approved. Contact us through email CyberDoctormd@yahoo.com for tech support and RMA approval.   Include your original Order number and details regarding the nature of the issue you are experiencing.  It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA. 2. Once you have contacted us and your RMA is approved, you can now create an RMA ticket for your item. 3. Please include in the return package a sheet of paper (preferably  in print) with:
  •  Your original order number
  • The nature of the issue you are experiencing
  • Any supportive information from the email conversation with us, which can greatly facilitate our troubleshooting and repair process.
4. Send the questioned device back to us like any regular mail in repair order. Box up the item you’re returning and send it to:   CyberDoc LLC (Order: ####) 539 lake ave St James NY 11780 We recommend using USPS first class or a courier who provides package tracking.  Any RMA without tracking will be honored as long the item made it back to us and previously was approved. Tracking is encouraged, but remember: PLEASE DO NOT get signature confirmation!!  We have run into too many non delivery mail-in orders due to the signature requirement, which results in returns to the sender.   No package ever get lost by mailing to us without signature confirmation. All packages mailed to us will be dropped off indoors.     ***The overall turnaround time for a return is about 5-8 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 2-5 business days for RMA processing and 2-3 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).  
  Warranty for (Mail in Repair) All repairs are non refundable once we receive your broken devices and finished the repair then shipping it back to you.   Once we are committed to part cost and repair labor cost all repairs are not refundable. For mail in repair service you are paying only the labor of soldering and parts used.   This is not a guarantee repair.  it would not be fair to send in a dead board and expect us to fix it for you under 40$ for backlight repair when the board have multiple issues other than the backlight track.   you will not be refund or elegible to free repair warranty.  Again you are paying for our labor, not guarantee.    it is your responsibility to properly diagnose your device to determine which repair service is necessary for your board. You are eligible to free checkup for the same problem within 60 days, return shipping is also your responsibility.   You can cancel the repair for full refund  at any time before you mail out your item to us for repair.
      *** How to mail in your iPhone or iPad for repair: 1. After purchasing the Mail-in Repair Service please mail your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to the following address: CyberDoc LLC (Order: ####) 539 lake ave St James NY 11780 We strongly encourage you to get delivery tracking and confirmation. However, DO NOT get signature confirmation!!!! Otherwise your package may not get delivered, may be returned to you instead of delivered for repairs, or there may be a significant delay in repair time. No package ever get lost by mailing to us without signature confirmation. All packages mailed to us will be dropped off indoors.  Again, signature confirmation package may not get delivery. Some insurance options enforce signature confirmation upon delivery.  We have run into too many non delivery mail-in orders due to the signature requirement, which results in returns to the sender.   1. Please include inside the package a printed paper (or in neat print handwriting) with the following details:
  • Order Number of the type of repair,
  • Your name
  • Paypal email (!!!)
  • Contact phone number
  • Date when you purchased the repair
This is to ensure proper identification of your device once it arrives.   2. We prefer you mail in only the Logicboard / motherboard unless specified in the listing. If you are not comfortable doing the dissasembly yourself, you can mail in with the back-frame also. In general, please do not mail us any LCD or glass digitizer. Keep in mind, the whole device intact weighs more than the logic board by itself, therefore it costs more to ship the whole device intact rather than to mail the logic board on its own. CyberDocLLC reserves the right, if necessary,  to bill for any additional shipping costs that may be incurred.   3. After we receive your iphone or ipad,  we will do the repair within 1 day ~ 1 week time. We usually process all repairs during the weekends.   4.  Your repaired item will be mailed back to you with delivery tracking with USPS First Class or Priority Mail. (Delivery tracking is available within US only).   Please note:  We do not get insurance with our standard shipping option. You can select at check out additional return shipping insurance options. For international buyers with repair shipping addresses outside of the USA (US tracking is limited in duration until your package leaves US mailing post. Once the package leaves the US and is delivered to your country's mailing system tracking updates are no longer possible.) For full tracking and delivery confirmation, you will have to get the USPS international express mail option, and this will only be available to a few countries. Please check before you order USPS international express mail shipping.   Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee all repairs will be fully successful.  The following are examples (but not limited to):
  • Water damage
  • Previous damage due to prior repairs not performed by CyberDocLLC.
  • Missing solder pads,
  • Significantly damaged board beyond repair
  • Any other damaged parts which make the repair not possible, and were not previously disclosed before the repair.
(With the exception, if in the unlikely event a repair failed due to our human error, then a full 100% refund will be given including the $25 diagnostic and service fee. Furthermore, your device will be returned to you with our deepest apology.) All mail in repair carries a minimum $25.00 Diagnostic and Service fee to cover for all the parts, labor, and return shipping fees with tracking. Once we receive your package, you can check the status of your repair by visiting our Repair Status page. If there is any unexpected delay in repair time, it is usually due to the higher difficulty of the repair or we have run in to unexpected complication. Please understand that we are working as fast as we can to resolve the issue if the repair time takes longer than expected (ie. broken solder pads or missing parts. We may need to order additional parts to finish any additional preexisting damage not previously disclosed.) Any non compliance in the terms specified in each repair description may significantly delay the total repair time or result in a additional 30$ service fee. (ie. mailing in a sealed iPad with screen and LCD, when the listing specifies only the logic board, or logic board with back metal frame without screen and glass digitizer.)   We do not perform additional sealing or glue of the iphone, ipad, or replace broken glass, unless you are purchasing the additional service with new parts.  This is due to the variable condition of LCD screen/ Digitizers sent in by customers ordered from a third party can have significant imperfection.
